Quick tip of the week.
If you have an automation that is firing at the wrong time, check your contact timezone field first. A blank timezone field defaults to the account timezone, which is Pacific. If your contacts are spread across the country, that blank field is probably the culprit. Fix the field, not the workflow.
That concept is covered in the portal courses. Look inside the Automation Playbook, Chapter 5. That is where contact-level logic lives.
