My dad owns Le's Auto Repair. Still open, still his. I learned business watching him hand back keys and shake hands, one customer at a time. That is still how I think a business should work, and it is how I build the websites and systems for the businesses here.

Sunnyvale used to be called Murphy, after Martin Murphy Jr., who bought the land in 1850 and farmed wheat on it. The name changed in 1901. Wheat gave way to orchards, orchards brought Libby's cannery in 1906, and for a while that cannery was one of the biggest fruit packers in the world. Then Moffett Field, then Lockheed moved its headquarters here in 1956, and the semiconductor companies followed. Atari made Pong a few miles from where I grew up. Every street name in this town has a story like that, and most people driving El Camino every day never hear it.
The Sunnyvale I know is not the campuses. It is the businesses that serve the people who work at them. The auto shop, the tailor, the med spa, the restaurants on Murphy Avenue. El Camino Real is a strip of family businesses, and Murphy Avenue downtown is a street of them. These are the businesses I grew up around, and the kind I have spent my career helping.
What they need has not changed much since my dad opened his doors. Answer the phone. Do the work right. Ask for the review. The difference now is that the phone is a text at 7pm, the customer found you on a screen, and the review is what the next customer reads before calling. I build the systems that do those three things without the owner having to remember.
I have worked with shops, salons and restaurants up and down El Camino and on Murphy Avenue over the years. The other businesses I name on this site are the ones on the homepage, every one of them live and clickable.
The phone answered by text the second you cannot pick up, quote requests into a pipeline, and a site built for the trade, not pulled off a template. My dad's customers found him by word of mouth. Yours find you on a phone, usually with a problem that cannot wait.
Online booking that fills the calendar, reminders that cut no-shows, and the review request that goes out when the client is happiest.
Reservations and events on a site that looks like the place, reviews asked for after every visit, and a Google Business Profile that gets fed instead of sitting there.
The concept builds above are labelled as concepts, with made-up business names. The live client sites are on the homepage, and more of the work is on the websites page.
The website, the domain, the CRM, the ad account, the data. Every account gets created in your name on day one. If I vanished tomorrow your business would not notice. I can run it for you, or write the SOP and train your team to run it. I run On Point Tech on the same systems I sell. That is the proof.
A page list, the automations, and a timeline, agreed in writing before anything starts.
The site, the booking, the CRM, and the follow-up, built together so leads land somewhere.
Logins handed over, SOP written, team trained. Keep me on or run it yourself.
One call with me, Michael. No sales handoff, no pitch deck. Bring what you have and leave with a plan.
