For businesses on HighLevel

Work with a GHL Partner who builds it right.

You signed up for HighLevel. Now there's a Partner tab with five names in it, and you have to pick one. Pick a HighLevel Certified Admin who sets your account up properly, builds it in your name, and teaches your team how it works.

How HighLevel partners work

Five matches. One pick.

HighLevel built its partner program so new accounts don't sit empty. Here's how it works, straight from HighLevel's partner page (opens in a new tab).

01 · Sign up

You join HighLevel

Businesses that sign up directly on HighLevel's $97 plan get matched with partners right away.

02 · Matched

HighLevel picks five

Matches are based on location, language, business size, industry, and how well each partner's clients do.

03 · Compare

You talk to them

Reach out to your matches. Ask about your goals, their experience, and their rates.

04 · Connect

You enter a Partner ID

Pick one, enter their Partner ID, and they get access to your account to start building.

Every partner in the network passed three HighLevel exams: the Builder Exam, the Advisor Exam, and the AI Implementation Exam. So the real question is what happens after you pick one.

Why work with a partner at all

HighLevel can do almost anything. That's the problem.

CRM, funnels, websites, calendars, workflows, AI voice, texting, payments, courses. It's all in there. Here's where most owners get stuck, and what a good partner does about it.

Stuck 01 · The empty account

You're paying every month for an account you never set up.

Why it happens

HighLevel starts mostly empty. You log in, see a long menu, and put it off until next week. Then next month.

The fix

We build the basics first: your pipeline, calendars, forms, phone number, and the follow-up that runs on every new lead. You start using it in days, not someday.

Stuck 02 · Workflows

Your automations fire at the wrong time, or not at all.

Why it happens

A workflow with no send window can text people at 3 AM. One with no From number texts from whoever owns the lead. Small settings, big mess.

The fix

We've already hit these traps in our own account and written them down. Your workflows get built with send windows, the right numbers, and a test run before they go live.

Stuck 03 · AI agents

The AI sounds like a robot and books nothing.

Why it happens

HighLevel's Voice AI and Conversation AI are strong, but they only know what you teach them. A bare prompt gives you a bot that guesses.

The fix

We're certified in HighLevel AI Voice. Your agent learns your services, hours, and prices, books straight onto your calendar, and hands off to a person when it should.

Stuck 04 · Texting

Your texts aren't getting delivered.

Why it happens

Business texting in the US needs carrier registration, and a rejected one quietly blocks your messages. Most people find out when customers say they never got the reminder.

The fix

We handle the registration with you, set up the right numbers for the right jobs, and check that messages actually land.

Stuck 05 · Your team

Nobody on your team knows how to use it.

Why it happens

Someone builds it, nobody explains it, and your team goes back to sticky notes and their own phones.

The fix

Teaching is how we're different. You get an SOP for what we build, walkthroughs for your team, and a free spot in our weekly Academy workshop.

Stuck 06 · Ownership

You're scared to switch because someone else holds the keys.

Why it happens

Plenty of agencies build inside their own account, then rent it back to you. Leave, and you lose your contacts, funnels, and history.

The fix

Your account stays in your name, on your card. Everything we build lives there. You can see all of it, and it stays with you no matter what.

What people ask before they pick a partner.

What is a HighLevel Partner?
HighLevel runs a partner network of vetted experts and teams. When a business signs up on HighLevel's $97 plan, HighLevel matches it with five Partners based on things like location, language, business size, and industry. You talk with them, compare, and pick one. To get in the network, a Partner has to pass HighLevel's Builder, Advisor, and AI Implementation exams.
How do I add On Point Tech as my Partner?
Inside HighLevel, you enter your Partner's ID. That's what gives a Partner access to your account. Book a call, we'll talk through what you need, and if it's a fit we'll send you our Partner ID and walk you through it.
Are you a HighLevel employee?
No. We're an independent company that has completed HighLevel's certification program. You pay HighLevel for your subscription and you pay us for the work we do. Two separate things, and you can see both.
What does it cost?
Your HighLevel subscription stays between you and HighLevel. Our work gets scoped on the call and you get a fixed quote before anything starts. Some people want it all done for them. Others want a few sessions and an SOP so their team can run it. Both are fine.
I'm not on HighLevel yet. Can you still help?
Yes. We'll tell you straight whether HighLevel fits your business, which plan makes sense, and what to set up first. If it doesn't fit, we'll say so.
Who owns the account and what you build?
You do. The account is in your name, on your card, with your data. Every pipeline, workflow, funnel, and AI agent we build lives in your account. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you.
Can you teach my team instead of doing it for us?
That's half of what we do. You get SOPs for what we build, walkthroughs for your team, and a free spot in our Thursday AI and GoHighLevel workshop.

You already picked the software. Now pick who builds it.
