The first state capital of California, the Valley of Heart's Delight, the city that gave Silicon Valley its address. I spent years building marketing systems for a San Jose agency before starting On Point Tech, and a lot of the businesses on this page came out of that. Now I build the same systems for San Jose businesses directly, in accounts you own.

People forget San Jose was here first. It was the first civilian town in California under Spain in 1777, and the first state capital in 1849 before the legislature moved on. For most of the next century this was the Valley of Heart's Delight: orchards to the horizon and canneries downtown packing the fruit. Then the orchards became subdivisions and the canneries became chip fabs, and by the seventies the trade press had a new name for the place. Somewhere in there my family landed in Sunnyvale, and San Jose was the city we drove into for everything.
The San Jose I know as a marketer is the one below the towers. Downtown restaurants and food halls. A showroom on the north side. Gyms and studios in Willow Glen. Dentists, barbershops, a detailer who comes to your driveway. That is the kind of business I have helped in this city, more of them here than anywhere else, and every one of them is run by a person who answers their own phone.
They get found fine. What they lose is the lead that came in at 7pm and got answered at 9am, after a competitor booked it. That is a plumbing problem inside the business, and it is the one I fix first. My office is in Los Gatos on South Bascom, ten minutes from Willow Glen and Cambrian, and I meet in person when it helps.
More San Jose businesses than I can list here came through that agency work. The other businesses I name on this site are the ones on the homepage, every one of them live and clickable.
Reservations, ordering and catering requests on a site you own, reviews asked for after every visit, and a Google Business Profile that gets fed. Restaurants are the businesses I have helped most in this city, and this is the build they get.
Online booking that fills the calendar, reminders that cut no-shows, and a CRM that knows who has not been back in a while.
Missed-call text back, quote forms into a pipeline, review requests after every job, and a site built for the trade rather than from a template.
The concept builds above are labelled as concepts, with made-up business names. The live client sites are on the homepage, and more of the work is on the websites page.
The website, the domain, the CRM, the ad account, the data. Every account gets created in your name on day one. If I vanished tomorrow your business would not notice. I can run it for you, or write the SOP and train your team to run it. I run On Point Tech on the same systems I sell. That is the proof.
A page list, the automations, and a timeline, agreed in writing before anything starts.
The site, the booking, the CRM, and the follow-up, built together so leads land somewhere.
Logins handed over, SOP written, team trained. Keep me on or run it yourself.
