Saratoga is a high expectation town. The homes are, the restaurants on Big Basin Way are, and the businesses that serve them get judged by the same eye. I build sites that pass that look, then wire them so the inquiry gets answered fast.

Saratoga started as a lumber town with a sawmill on the creek, and turned into the place the valley went to get away. Paul Masson planted his vineyard on the hill above town in 1890, and the Mountain Winery still hosts concerts up there on summer nights. James Phelan built Villa Montalvo between 1912 and 1914 and left it to the public for the arts. Hakone Gardens has been on the hillside since 1915. The village on Big Basin Way still looks like the town those people drove up to.
What makes Saratoga different is the customer. They are comparing you against the best thing they have seen, and they are doing it on a phone in the driveway. A remodeler, a landscape designer, an interior designer, or an agent selling a Saratoga home needs a site that shows the work at full quality and loads fast anyway, and an inquiry path that feels like the front desk of a good firm. Nobody should fill in a contact form and wonder if anyone read it.
Behind the site, the follow-up matters just as much. A Saratoga project is a large one, and the inquiry that waits two days for a reply goes to the firm that answered in two minutes. My office is a short drive down Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, and I grew up a few miles north in Sunnyvale.
The businesses I name on this site are the ones on the homepage. Most of my work has been in San Jose, Sunnyvale and around my office in Los Gatos. Saratoga is next.
A portfolio site that shows the work at full size, a before and after that sells the transformation, and a consultation request that lands in your pipeline with a text back the same minute.
Single-property sites for the listings that deserve them, and a database nurture so past clients remember your name when the neighbor asks.
Reservations, gift cards, and events on a site that looks like the street it is on, with reviews requested after every visit.
The concept builds above are labelled as concepts, with made-up business names. The live client sites are on the homepage, and more of the work is on the websites page.
The website, the domain, the CRM, the ad account, the data. Every account gets created in your name on day one. If I vanished tomorrow your business would not notice. I can run it for you, or write the SOP and train your team to run it. I run On Point Tech on the same systems I sell. That is the proof.
A page list, the automations, and a timeline, agreed in writing before anything starts.
The site, the booking, the CRM, and the follow-up, built together so leads land somewhere.
Logins handed over, SOP written, team trained. Keep me on or run it yourself.
One call with me, Michael. No sales handoff, no pitch deck. Bring what you have and leave with a plan.
Also serving Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose, Los Gatos, Campbell, Cupertino, and businesses everywhere.
