Someone with a real problem called three firms this morning. Yours was one of them. The one that picked up, or texted back in thirty seconds, is the one meeting them Thursday. We build the site that gets them to call, and the intake system that makes sure the call gets answered.

Built on
The problem
A research firm called and emailed 500 US law firms posing as potential clients. Nearly half never answered either one.
Not "answered badly." Never answered. The phone rang out and the email sat there, while somebody with a live matter and a credit card went and found somebody else.
And it is getting worse, not better. Phone pickup fell from 56% to 40% in five years. Email replies fell from 40% to 33%.
Nobody loses a case here on the merits. They lose it because the intake was a person who was already in court.
48%
of firms answered neither the phone call nor the email from a prospective client.
40%
answered the phone. Down from 56% five years earlier.
33%
replied to the email. Down from 40% five years earlier.

The 2019 comparison figures are from Clio's own earlier study of 1,000 firms across family, criminal, bankruptcy, employment and business practice.
What it costs
Plain numbers, same as everyone else gets.
The site
A website that gets the call
$500 a page
Or $3k to $5k custom, with a shoot
Practice-area pages that answer what people actually search, not a brochure about your firm's founding
Tap-to-call on every screen, because most legal enquiries start on a phone
Built to your state bar's advertising rules, approved by you before launch
Readable by AI assistants, so you turn up when someone asks one for a lawyer
$250 a year covers hosting and your domain. Both in your name
The intake
Nobody reaches a dead line
$1,000
Advanced leads setup, one time
Missed call fires a text back in seconds: what happened, and here is a time
Form submissions get an instant reply and land in a pipeline, not an inbox
No-show follow-up runs itself, so the consultation gets rebooked
Every enquiry logged against the contact, so nothing lives only in someone's memory
Basic setup is $500 if you want the foundation first and the speed later
Want the phones covered by a voice agent that books straight into your calendar, or the Google side handled monthly? Both exist and both are separate line items, not a bundle you have to take. We scope them on the call once we know what your intake actually looks like.
How it goes
Three weeks, not three months.
01 · The audit
We call your firm
Before anything is built, we run the same test on you that the study ran on those 500 firms. Call, email, form. You get the recording and the timings, whatever they show.
02 · The build
Site and intake together
The pages go up and the automation goes behind them at the same time, because a site that generates enquiries nobody answers is worse than no site.
03 · The proof
We test it again
Same call, same email, same form, after launch. You see the before and after on your own firm rather than taking our word for it.
Where the line is
What this does not do.
The automation books consultations and captures details. It never gives legal advice, never quotes on a matter, and never claims to be an attorney. Every word it says is copy you approve first. We build to your state bar's advertising rules, but we are not your ethics counsel, so anything borderline goes to you or the bar. No outcome guarantees, no testimonials where your state restricts them, and the disclaimers where they apply. That is not us being cautious for the sake of it. A firm cannot use a marketing system it would be embarrassed to explain in a grievance.
Free, no pitch attached
Find out what happens when someone tries to reach you.
We will call your firm, email it, and fill in your form like a prospective client would, then send you exactly what happened and how long each one took. If it all works, we will tell you that and you have lost nothing.
One test, one honest write-up. No spam, unsubscribe anytime.
Got it
We will run the test.
You will get the write-up either way, including the parts that make us look unnecessary. Want to go through it live and see the fixes on your own site? Grab a time.
Fifteen minutes. No legalese, and no marketing-ese either.
Straight answers
Before you ask.
Is this a chatbot pretending to be a lawyer?
No, and it never will be. It books consultations, captures details, and tells the caller when a human will ring back. It gives no legal advice and never claims to be an attorney. You approve every line of what it says before it goes live.
My practice area is not personal injury. Does this still apply?
The study covered family, criminal, bankruptcy, employment and business practice, and the response rates were poor across all of them. Anywhere the client has a live problem and calls more than one firm, whoever answers first has an enormous advantage. That is most of law.
We already have a website.
Then start with the intake and leave the site alone. The $1,000 speed-to-lead setup works behind whatever you have now. Plenty of firms find the site is fine and the answering is the leak, which is exactly what the free test is for.
What about attorney advertising rules?
We build to your state bar's rules and you sign off before launch. No outcome guarantees, no testimonials where your state restricts them, required disclaimers where they apply. We are not your ethics counsel though, so genuinely borderline calls go to you or the bar.
Who owns everything?
You do. Domain, site, CRM, client records, phone number, all in your name on your accounts. Stop working with us and you keep the lot. Same rule for every client here.
How fast can it be live?
Intake automation can be running in about a week, because it sits behind what you already have. A full site is nearer three weeks, longer if we are shooting photography. The audit happens before either, and it is free.
