Clinics, aesthetics, tutoring centers, orthodontists, agents, and the restaurants along Stevens Creek and De Anza all serve the same customer: someone with no time. The site that lets them book in one tap gets the appointment.

Cupertino was orchards and wineries before it was anything else. De Anza College opened in 1967 on the grounds of the old Beaulieu winery, and the Baldwin mansion is still there as the history center. Vallco got its name from Varian and the orchard families who pooled their land to build it. Then a company that started in a garage one town over moved its headquarters here, and the world learned how to pronounce Cupertino. I grew up in Sunnyvale, next door, and Cupertino was the neighbor town my whole childhood.
The businesses here serve one of the most demanding customer bases in the Bay Area: families who research everything, compare on a phone, and book whoever makes it easiest. That customer punishes a slow site and a contact form that goes nowhere. For a dental or medical practice, a facial aesthetics studio, a tutoring center, the win is online booking that fills the calendar and reminders that cut the no-shows. For an agent selling in Cupertino, the win is a listing site that does the neighborhood justice and a database that keeps every past client warm.
Cupertino is fifteen minutes from my Los Gatos office up 85 or Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, and closer than that to where I grew up. Two of the client sites on my homepage are in neighboring Los Altos.
Both are live and clickable on the homepage. The businesses I name on this site are the ones there.
Online booking, intake forms that land on the patient record, and reminder sequences that cut no-shows, on a CRM you own.
Enrollment pages per program, waitlists that follow up automatically, and reviews requested from the parents who are happiest.
Listing sites, offer pages, and the nurture that keeps a Cupertino database warm between transactions.
The concept builds above are labelled as concepts, with made-up business names. The live client sites are on the homepage, and more of the work is on the websites page.
The website, the domain, the CRM, the ad account, the data. Every account gets created in your name on day one. If I vanished tomorrow your business would not notice. I can run it for you, or write the SOP and train your team to run it. I run On Point Tech on the same systems I sell. That is the proof.
A page list, the automations, and a timeline, agreed in writing before anything starts.
The site, the booking, the CRM, and the follow-up, built together so leads land somewhere.
Logins handed over, SOP written, team trained. Keep me on or run it yourself.
One call with me, Michael. No sales handoff, no pitch deck. Bring what you have and leave with a plan.
Also serving Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose, Los Gatos, Campbell, Saratoga, and businesses everywhere.
