West Valley · Cupertino, CA

Cupertino is full of busy families. Be the business they can book in one tap.

Clinics, aesthetics, tutoring centers, orthodontists, agents, and the restaurants along Stevens Creek and De Anza all serve the same customer: someone with no time. The site that lets them book in one tap gets the appointment.

Cupertino, from someone who grew up here

Cupertino was orchards and wineries before it was anything else. De Anza College opened in 1967 on the grounds of the old Beaulieu winery, and the Baldwin mansion is still there as the history center. Vallco got its name from Varian and the orchard families who pooled their land to build it. Then a company that started in a garage one town over moved its headquarters here, and the world learned how to pronounce Cupertino. I grew up in Sunnyvale, next door, and Cupertino was the neighbor town my whole childhood.

The businesses here serve one of the most demanding customer bases in the Bay Area: families who research everything, compare on a phone, and book whoever makes it easiest. That customer punishes a slow site and a contact form that goes nowhere. For a dental or medical practice, a facial aesthetics studio, a tutoring center, the win is online booking that fills the calendar and reminders that cut the no-shows. For an agent selling in Cupertino, the win is a listing site that does the neighborhood justice and a database that keeps every past client warm.

Cupertino is fifteen minutes from my Los Gatos office up 85 or Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, and closer than that to where I grew up. Two of the client sites on my homepage are in neighboring Los Altos.

The part that is the same everywhere

You own it. All of it.

The website, the domain, the CRM, the ad account, the data. Every account gets created in your name on day one. If I vanished tomorrow your business would not notice. I can run it for you, or write the SOP and train your team to run it. I run On Point Tech on the same systems I sell. That is the proof.

01 · The scope

Count what you need

A page list, the automations, and a timeline, agreed in writing before anything starts.

02 · The build

Design plus wiring

The site, the booking, the CRM, and the follow-up, built together so leads land somewhere.

03 · The keys

All in your name

Logins handed over, SOP written, team trained. Keep me on or run it yourself.

Straight answers

What Cupertino businesses ask first.

Can the booking work with my practice software?
Often, and I will tell you straight if it cannot. The pattern that always works is a booking calendar and intake on a site you own, with the confirmation and reminders handled by the CRM, and your practice software staying the system of record.
We serve a lot of Mandarin and other language speakers. Can the site?
Yes. Pages can be built in more than one language, and the follow-up messages can be too. Tell me which languages matter and I scope it in.
Do you run ads for Cupertino businesses?
Yes, Meta and Google, in an ad account you own, with the creative produced rather than stock. See paid ads management.
