You can download an AI operating system for free.

Getting it to actually run your business is the part nobody finishes.

I finished mine. It scrapes my leads, audits their websites, writes my blogs, runs my CRM, and works while I'm asleep. In three weeks I'll install it in your business, wired to your GoHighLevel, your pipeline, your numbers. Then I teach you how every piece works so you own it outright.

The problem

You cloned the free starter kit, ran the onboarding, and it made you some folders.

Then Monday hit.

And you went right back to doing it the old way.

Copying leads into your CRM by hand. Writing the follow up yourself. Opening six tabs to answer one question. Posting when you remember to.

That's not a discipline problem. The kit gave you a filing cabinet. Nobody gave you the business that goes inside it.

The gap between "I have an AI operating system" and "my AI operating system found me 40 leads last night" is about 4,000 lines of API work, a dozen accounts wired together, and roughly six months of figuring out what breaks.

I already did the six months.

What you get

Three things land in three weeks.

01 · The system

Installed, not emailed

Not a template. Not a course. The actual repo I run On Point Tech on, installed on your machine and connected to your accounts. Your GoHighLevel sub-account, your keys, your pipeline names, your brand voice. It works on day one because we test it on your real data, not a demo.

Your accounts, your keys, your data
02 · The sessions

Two live builds

We get on a call and wire it together. Session one is connections: GoHighLevel, your scraping account, your calendar, your scheduled runs. Session two is capability: we take three skills and rebuild them around how your business actually sells. Recorded, so you can rewatch every click.

Recorded and yours to keep
03 · The SOP

So you're not stuck with me

Every skill ships with a written breakdown of what it does and why. You can read it, change it, break it, fix it. If you can't explain how your own automation works, you don't own an asset, you own a liability. I don't hand those out.

Written, not verbal
In the box

Twenty skills. Here's what they actually do.

Group 01

Find the work

  • Scrape a city and a category off Google Maps, score every business's website 0 to 100, and get back a call list where every row tells you exactly what to pitch them
  • Full call-prep briefing on any single prospect: their site, their reviews, whether they're running ads
  • Pull who ranks for your local keywords and what questions people are actually asking
Group 02

Win the work

  • Build a complete website plan from a prospect's own Google reviews, so the positioning is a word their customers already use, not a word you guessed
  • Pull competitor ads ranked by how long they've been running, because longevity is the only free performance signal in paid social
  • Mine reviews for the exact language customers use, then write ads in it
Group 03

Do the work

  • New lead lands: contact created, opportunity opened, note written, follow-up task assigned. One command.
  • Meeting notes turn into CRM tasks automatically
  • YouTube videos turn into local SEO blog drafts
  • Daily CRM briefing: what's unread, what's stuck, what's due, what got paid
Group 04

Run without you

  • Scheduled runs that fire whether you're at the desk or not
  • Everything lands as a draft. Nothing publishes without you clicking approve.
  • Mission Control: a local command center so you're not living in a terminal. Chat, buttons, and your whole skill library in one window.
  • Mission Control screenshot goes here
Why me

I'm not a guy who read about this.

I was CTO of a San Jose marketing agency until July. I built their entire agency marketing system. Then I left and rebuilt everything from zero for On Point Tech, alone, in about six weeks.

Everything on this page runs my business right now. My leads come from the scraper on this page. My blog posts come from the pipeline on this page. My tasks get created by the meeting sync on this page. I sell GoHighLevel and AI systems while visibly running on GoHighLevel and AI. Be a product of your business or don't sell it.

And I'll tell you exactly where this came from.

The foundation is an open-source starter kit called AIS-OS, built by Nate Herk and released free under an MIT license. You can go clone it right now, and honestly, you should. It's a good kit.

Here's the thing. It ships with three skills and a folder structure. What I'm installing is twenty-plus production skills, live GoHighLevel and scraping integrations, a command center UI, and the scar tissue from every API that broke on me.

I could pretend I invented the whole thing. Plenty of people would. But you'd find the free repo in about ten seconds and then you'd wonder what else I stretched. I'd rather just show you the receipt and let the twenty skills do the arguing.

Fit check

Be honest about which one you are.

This is for you if
  • You run on GoHighLevel, or you're about to
  • You're doing the same manual task for the fifth time and it's making you crazy
  • You want to understand the system, not just push a button on it
  • You have a business with actual work flowing through it
This is not for you if
  • You want someone to run it for you forever. This is done with you. You'll be in the sessions.
  • You're pre-revenue and looking for a shortcut. Automation multiplies a process. Zero times anything is still zero.
  • You want a magic button. Every automation here is boring on purpose. Boring is what survives Monday.
What you need before we start
  • A GoHighLevel account
  • A Claude subscription that includes Claude Code confirm plan name + price
  • About four hours across three weeks
  • List every other prerequisite. Scraping account? Surprises here cause refunds.
The deal
One install. Yours.
Once. Not a subscription. Not per seat.

Two ways in: a scoped build if you just want the machine, or the done-with-you install: everything in the build, plus the two live sessions and the written SOPs. One number for each, in writing, on the call.

You get the repo, the sessions, the recordings, and the SOPs, and it's yours.

Here's a real run off my own machine. On July 25 I scraped 200 San Jose businesses, scored every one of their websites, and pushed 42 qualified leads into my CRM. Each one landed with a contact, an opportunity, a written audit of what's broken on their site, and a call task on my calendar.

Total spend on that run: eighty cents. That's not a typo. Under two cents per qualified lead, and I was doing something else while it ran.

You already know what a morning of that costs you by hand.

One website sold off a list like that pays for the install on its own. Everything after that is margin.

What it costs to not do this: another quarter of being the bottleneck in your own business.

30 minutes. I'll look at your setup and tell you straight if this fits. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
The guarantee

Session one is where we wire it to your accounts and run it on your real data. If you get to the end of that session and you don't see it working on your own business, say the word and I refund you in full. No form, no thirty day window, no argument. I'd rather give the money back than have you sit on a system you don't believe in.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Can't I just build this myself with Claude?
Yes. Genuinely. That's not a sales-page dodge, it's true. It'll take you a few months and you'll rebuild the same three things four times. That's what I'm charging for: the four times.
What happens when GoHighLevel changes their API?
It will. It already did to me once, and I had to rebuild the whole CRM layer on their v3 endpoints. That's the honest risk of building on someone else's platform, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

So here's the split. The three weeks include everything through handover, and the repo is yours forever either way. After that you've got two options. Maintain it yourself, which you can do, because that's the entire point of the SOPs. Or put it on AI OS Care, the monthly care plan, and I keep the integrations working when the platforms move, push you the fixes, and you get the new skills I build as I build them. Cancel any time, and you keep everything you already have.

Nothing stops working if you cancel. It just stops getting updated.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need to be willing to read. If you can read a recipe you can read a skill file. That's the whole bar.
Is my client data safe?
Everything runs on your machine with your keys. I don't host anything and I don't hold your data. During the sessions I'll see your screen, and I'll sign an NDA if you want one. confirm this matches how you actually deliver
What if I already cloned the free kit?
Good. You're ahead. We'll build straight on top of what you have.
Three weeks from when?
Current lead time, or delete this question entirely.

The system doesn't care if you're motivated today.

That's the whole point of building one. Consistency is what makes the money, and a machine is more consistent than you are on a bad week.

You've got two options. Keep meaning to build this, the way you've been meaning to for a while now. Or block three weeks and be done.

N installs a month, or delete the scarcity line. Fake scarcity is the fastest way to lose someone who is already skeptical.
