Campbell: your web guy is on Bascom, and the Pruneyard is the reason.

My office sits where Los Gatos turns into Campbell, close enough that Google lists me as a Campbell website designer. Websites, CRM, booking, and the follow-up that runs while you work. In your name.

Campbell, from someone who grew up here

A century ago Campbell called itself the Orchard City. Benjamin Campbell planted hay and grain on 160 acres in 1851, the orchards came after, and three canneries, Ainsley, Hyde and Payne, packed the apricots and prunes and shipped them out on the rail line that ran through downtown. The Pruneyard, the shopping center at Campbell and Bascom that everyone in the valley knows, opened in 1964 on an old prune orchard and kept the name. The rail line became the Los Gatos Creek Trail. The cannery on Campbell Avenue became the downtown you walk on a Friday night.

Downtown Campbell today is a street of independents: restaurants, bars, salons, boutiques, fitness studios, and the offices above them. Sunday brings the farmers market. Those businesses live on foot traffic and on the search a visitor does from the sidewalk, and the site that loads fast and shows a menu, a price list, or a booking button wins that search. The other Campbell is the service business working out of a truck or a small office off Hamilton or Winchester. For them the site is the second thing. The first is the phone.

South Bascom runs straight through both cities, and my suite is on the Los Gatos end of it, a few minutes from the Pruneyard. Campbell businesses are the closest thing I have to neighbors.

Who this fits in Campbell

Three kinds of Campbell business, three builds.

Downtown Campbell restaurants, bars, and studios

A site that shows the room and books it, reviews asked for after every visit, and a Google Business Profile that gets fed instead of sitting there.

Home service pros off Hamilton and Winchester

The phone answered by text when you cannot pick up, quote requests into a pipeline, and follow-up that does not depend on you remembering.

Professional offices

Intake forms, booking calendars, and the reminders that cut no-shows, on a CRM you own.

What it looks like

What the builds look like.

Trades concept. The hero asks what is wrong, and the answer starts the quote.
An NFC Google review card printed with Tap to Review us on Google
Review cards. A customer taps it at the counter and your Google review page opens.

The concept builds above are labelled as concepts, with made-up business names. The live client sites are on the homepage, and more of the work is on the websites page.

The part that is the same everywhere

You own it. All of it.

The website, the domain, the CRM, the ad account, the data. Every account gets created in your name on day one. If I vanished tomorrow your business would not notice. I can run it for you, or write the SOP and train your team to run it. I run On Point Tech on the same systems I sell. That is the proof.

01 · The scope

Count what you need

A page list, the automations, and a timeline, agreed in writing before anything starts.

02 · The build

Design plus wiring

The site, the booking, the CRM, and the follow-up, built together so leads land somewhere.

03 · The keys

All in your name

Logins handed over, SOP written, team trained. Keep me on or run it yourself.

Straight answers

What Campbell businesses ask first.

Is On Point Tech in Campbell or Los Gatos?
The mailing address is Los Gatos, 14585 South Bascom Avenue, Suite L. The building sits at the city line, so Campbell businesses are as close as anyone.
I have a Square or Toast site already. Can you work with that?
Yes. Ordering and point of sale stay where they are. I build the site and the follow-up around them, so a visitor can order, book, or call without leaving the page you own.
How fast can a Campbell business get a new site?
The scope is fixed in writing before we start, with a page list and a timeline. Small sites move in weeks. A redesign with rankings to protect takes longer, because every URL gets mapped before it moves.

Talk to the person who builds it.
