Meta or Google, actively tested and monitored every month, running in an ad account you own. Plus real produced creative, so you're not running ads built from stock photos and hope.
Michael built the entire marketing system at Marketing Inventors as CTO, ads included. This is the same playbook. We also teach it agency-style if you'd rather learn it.
Built on
The problem
Most "managed" ads get set up once, then checked once a month when the invoice goes out.
And the creative? A logo slapped on a stock photo. Then everyone wonders why nobody clicks.
Ads are a testing game. No testing, no learning. No learning, no results.
What's included
Two pieces. One system.
Every month · Meta or Google
The management
Built, tested, and watched all month
Campaign build, audiences, and copy
Active testing: new angles and creative rotations, not set-and-forget
Monitoring and adjustments through the month
Runs in YOUR ad account. Ad spend goes straight from you to Meta or Google
Fire us whenever. The account, the pixel, and the data stay with you
One time · Per platform
The creative
A real shoot, edited for the feed
A shoot built around your actual offer and customers, not recycled stock
5 ad videos, edited and platform-ready
5 ad images, designed on brand
Multiple angles, so the testing has something to test
A refresh every few months keeps performance up. Creative wears out; we plan for it
How it works
Test, learn, scale. On repeat.
01 · The setup
Your account, our build
Campaigns built in an ad account you own, wired into your CRM so leads get answered fast.
02 · The creative
Shoot and produce
Videos and images made for the feed they'll run in, built on your real offer.
03 · The testing
Angles fight it out
Multiple angles run against each other. Winners get budget, losers get cut. Every month.
04 · The refresh
New creative on schedule
When the creative tires, we shoot again. That's the cycle that keeps ads working.
The other half
Ads without follow up is burned money.
A lead that sits for an hour is a lead your competitor already called. So every ads build gets wired into the follow-up machine: instant text-back, booking, reminders. That half lives at GHL automation. And if you're doing the social packages, your ad creative library is already half built.

What people ask before they buy.
Is ad spend included in the management fee?
No. Management covers the building, testing, and monitoring. Your ad spend is separate and goes directly from your card to Meta or Google, inside your own ad account. You always see exactly what the platforms are charging you.
I ran ads before and lost money.
Most self-run ads fail on two things: creative that doesn't stop the scroll, and leads that never get a fast follow up. We fix both. Produced creative going in, CRM automation catching what comes out.
Why do I need the shoot? Can't you use my photos?
If your existing content is strong, we'll tell you and use it. But ads live or die on creative, and purpose-shot videos plus designed images usually beat whatever's sitting in a camera roll. One shoot feeds months of testing.
Meta or Google. Which one?
Depends on how your customers buy. If they search for you when they need you, Google. If they need to be interrupted with a good offer, Meta. Bring your business to the call and we'll tell you which one, or whether it's both.
What if I want to run ads myself someday?
Good. That's the education side of the business: agency-style ads training so you can take the wheel. Since everything runs in your own account from day one, there's no migration. You just log in.
