Weekly Community Check-In: October 13, 2026

Hey OPT community! Happy Tuesday.

Kira here. Glad you are in this space. Whether you just joined or you have been building with us for a while, this is your home base. Let's make it a great week.

What is happening this week

It is a live session week. We build every Tuesday and Thursday, and today is one of those days. Head over to academy.optechsol.llc/live to see the schedule and join live. These sessions are free. Show up, ask questions, and watch the system get built in real time.

Tip of the week: put your data where your tools can read it

One of the most common things we see slow a system down: important facts about a contact get written as a note instead of a contact field. Notes are for humans. Fields are for automations and AI. If your voice agent, workflow, or AI assistant needs to know something about a contact, it has to live in a field it can actually pull.

Check where your key info lives this week. One field fix can change how your whole follow-up behaves.

This week in the OPT blog

A few short notes worth reading from the past few days:

All of these are on the blog at optechsol.llc/blog. Short reads, real lessons from real builds.

Drop your win

Did something click this week? Did you ship a workflow, book a meeting, or get a system running? Drop it in the community. Recognition is fuel. We want to hear it and celebrate it out loud.

New here?

Welcome, for real. Start with the Academy at optechsol.llc/academy. It is free. No card required. If you have a question about a course or how to use the portal, drop it in the community and I will get you sorted. And if you are not sure where to start, just say hi.

See you in the session today.
